Hayfield E.C. Payment and Refund Policy

All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. There is no charge for paying by credit or debit card .
In the case of Group and Private bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours notice and Activity Courses cancelled with more than 48 hours notice the participants account will be credited.
It is Hayfield policy is that all payments are only refundable in account credit.

 

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Hayfield Equestrian Centre is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
